Please read these Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) carefully. Your use of the website currently located at kyleplumbing.com (the “Site”) constitutes your consent to this Agreement between you and Kyle Plumbing II, Inc. (“Kyle Plumbing,” “we,” or “us”).

1. Changes

We may change this Agreement from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Your use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The “Last updated” date above indicates when this Agreement was last revised.

2. Information Submitted Through the Site

Your submission of information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. You represent that any information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you will keep it updated as needed.

3. Services & Estimates

All plumbing services are performed under Florida license CFC1428661. Descriptions of services on this Site are for general information. Estimates provided online or by phone are preliminary until confirmed by an on-site evaluation; written, approved estimates govern the final price of work performed. All service options and pricing are provided up front with required customer approval before work begins.

4. Rules of Conduct

In connection with the Site, you must not: post or transmit any material that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful; introduce any virus or other harmful code; interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site; harvest or collect information about other users; or use any automated means to scrape or index the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt for public search engines.

5. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors own the Site and its content, which are protected by intellectual-property laws. Our trade names, trademarks, and service marks include “Kyle Plumbing” and associated logos. You may view and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial use only; no other use is permitted without our prior written consent.

6. Text Messaging (TCPA)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional and, where separately agreed, promotional text messages from Kyle Plumbing at the number provided. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. 7. Third-Party Materials & Links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services (for example, our financing partner and customer portal). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party materials; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This section applies to the Site itself; workmanship warranties for plumbing services are provided separately in writing with your invoice or estimate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyle Plumbing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our maximum aggregate liability arising from the Site shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us to use the Site. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kyle Plumbing and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your violation of this Agreement or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law; Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida for any dispute arising out of this Agreement or your use of the Site.

12. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe in good faith that material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to Kyle Plumbing II, Inc., 5 SE 9th St, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441, or service@kyleplumbing.com.

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder will remain in effect. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms incorporated by reference, is the entire agreement between you and Kyle Plumbing regarding use of the Site.
