Job Description Summary
The Service Technician Apprentice for Kyle Plumbing II, Inc. supports Service Technicians on customer calls while learning the trade — with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. This role is for someone with the ability and drive to build real plumbing knowledge. Reports directly to the Service Manager.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- One (1) to two (2) years of plumbing experience
- Ability and willingness to learn plumbing products and local codes
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to stand, stoop, lift from the floor, work ladders, and work outdoors in heat or rain
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
Essential Job Functions
- Assist Service Technicians on service calls and installations
- Learn diagnosis, repair, and installation practices to company standards
- Help maintain vehicles, tools, and job-site cleanliness
- Communicate status with the Service Manager and team
